Joyrider is a band with years of experience rocking venues, events and weddings up and down the country.

We pride ourselves on putting on an incredible show, that will get every up off their seat, singing and dancing, and make your event a night to remember.

We offer a variety of packages that can suit any occasion, and will happily work with you on every aspect of the evening to make it perfect.

Where we’re from

We’re based in Hertfordshire and regularly play at venues across the county, including St Albans, Baldock, Bedford, Stevenage, Hatfield, Hertford, Harpendon, Hemel Hempstead, Hitchin even as far north as Cambridge & Neots. There’s always opportunities to see us play live, so just ask us when we’re playing near you.

While we’re based in Hertfordshire, that doesn’t mean we won’t travel to you! We’ve often play events further from home so if you’re from a bit further afield we won’t let that stop us. We’re always happy to travel!

Meet the BAND

Steve Webster

LEAD VOCALS
A vocalist for over 30 years, Steve has played to crowds of over 30,000 as the lead singer of The James Martin Band. He is a long-term member of Free’s Company, where he pays tribute to the work of Paul Rodgers and has also performed onstage with 80’s legends The Alarm.
Jennifer Glatzhofer

LEAD VOCALS / KEYBOARD
Jennifer has been performing around the UK from a young age in musical theatre. More recently, she has released her debut album, Ecco, which can be found on all major streaming platforms. Jennifer also has over 200k subscribers on her YouTube channel, sharing covers, originals songs, vocal reaction & analysis videos.
Ian Iredale

GUITARIST / VOCALS
Ian started playing guitar aged 12 and has been a pro musician since leaving school. He has vast experience as a touring guitarist for top acts including Gabrielle, Howard Jones, Thomas Dolby, Jennifer Holliday, Bay City Rollers, Thunder, Blue Oyster Cult, & Yngwie Malmsteen.
Gafyn Griffiths-Jones

BASS GUITARIST
Gafyn brings 20 years experience to the bass, including national and international (China) tours, studio and session work, and major UK festival appearances (including Camp Bestival and Secret Garden Party). He's provided bass for bands supporting acts such as The Shires, Altered Images and Eddi Reader. When not playing live or in the studio, he teaches the bass guitar, as well as guitar and piano.
Adam Stanley

DRUMMER
Having cut his teeth on the South African music scene, Adam has been a regular on London’s rock circuit since 2006. Alongside Joyrider, he plays drums for flamenco metal band, Breed 77, and has toured Europe and the UK extensively, opening for major artists such as Europe, Seether and Paradie Lost. A prolific singer-songwriter and educator, Adam loves composing music, teaching and recording drums at his home studio.
